Help for a worker, Christian, executive, angel

    Business Ethics

The purpose of Business Ethics is to avoid all greed, and not to take advantage of either customers or employees. Business Ethics flows from a Christian perspective, not from a legal perspective.

    1. Always tell the truth. Do not lie or cheat. Integrity is an important virtue for a Christian.
    2. Be kind to those whom you interact with. Do not discriminate against any employee, customer, or supplier, no matter what beliefs they may have.
    3. Help others and give guidance to others, so they can do their job in an exemplary manner.
    4. Seek perfection in everything that you do. Heaven is a place of perfection and glory, an eternal deweling place for saints and angels, who live with God.
    5. May the Holy Spirit guide you to always take the right direction and work hard. Moreover, find errors and have them corrected.

Work together and support your company's or your corporation's goals and vision.

Think outside of the box. Do what is right for your company or corporation both for today and for the future.

Do not value appearances; It is what you do that counts.

Matthew 21:28, "But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, 'Son, go, work today in the vineyard.' He answered and said 'I will not,' but afterward he regretted it and went. "Then he came to the second and said likewise. And he answered and said, 'I go, sir,' but he did not go. "Which of the two did the will of his father? They said to Him, "The first." Jesus said to them, Assuredly, I say to you that tax collectors and harlots enter the kingdom of God before you."

Do not always say YES. Carry out the objective at work, and do not worry about appearances.

1 Samuel 16:7, But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."

Work towards improving morale at your company. Productivity is increased. Little things may go a long way in improving morale. Remember, everyone can practice kindness.

Do not engage in Accounting Fraud. Be honest when making reports or brochures, either to outside or inside the company. This also includes pension and benefits fraud. Do what is right. Pray that you may be guided by the Holy Spirit. Also see the page on business tips.

    Have Mercy on the Environment

From a Christian perspective, you are stewards of the Earth and Nature. Do not damage the Environment or over use the resources of the Earth. For example, do not over consume energy. Keep this in mind when purchasing a vehicle or a home. Plant trees where you live.

    Is silence golden?

When you find something wrong at work, it is not appropriate to ignore the issue. You must speak out about wrong policies and errors that you discover. You must speak out, even if you don't have the authority to fix what is wrong. Real minor issues can sometimes be ignored. However, don't ignore what is important. These wrong policies and errors can occur at all levels in your work organization. Remember to speak out in a nice way, if possible. God put you where you currently work for a purpose. Pray to God about your purpose at work.

    Always do what is right

Treat customers or clients with respect and never turn away someone because you don't like them or don't like what they said. Read the beatitudes in Matthew - Blessed are the poor and meek and blessed are you when you are persecuted! Always be kind.

Think about what you are doing. Try to help other employees achieve their goals. Treat the customers the way you would like to be treated, and help them to complete their objectives. Being kind goes a long way. Be sure to think ahead. Unforeseen consequences can cause trouble later on. Be aware that other employees may cause some trouble, and try to solve any resulting problems. Don't give in to something that is wrong. Pray that conflicts may be resolved in the right way. Keep learning new ways to improve.

When working at home, make sure that you spend enough time actually working and being productive. Unless you own the business, the company needs your time, skills, and abilities to be successful. Strive to be helpful.
