Stress Relief is very important. You can accomplish more if stress is under control. Moreover, your blood pressure will be reduced and you will live longer. In addition, a low fat diet will help and prayer contributes much to reducing stress. Moreover, exercise will also help.
Do not worry about money. Work in a good place, and decorate your workplace. Remember that the people around you may raise your stress level quite a bit. Pray for these people that you may accomplish your work and mission. Do your hardest and most important tasks at the beginning of the work week. If you work inside, your office should have windows. Light and flowers help to reduce depression.
Always attempt to seek agreements. This will reduce stress, and often more work can be accomplished with good agreements. Think win-win, so that everyone will be happy. Some people have special needs, so try to accomodate them.
Put a smile on your face, whenever possible. Always think positively, but be on the look out for errors and eliminate them. Think that you did a great job today. Be kind to everyone. Return to this page when you become stressed out at work.

Think about this everyday.
Make sure that you get plenty of sleep, especially when traveling or when your daily routine changes. Sleep is very important for reducing stress. Also take breaks.
Resolve conflicts fast. This will reduce stress. Before consulting with the other person over the problem, first pray to God about the situation. Keep in mind a win-win solution. Think about the best solution.
Don't get excited about the things of this world. Focus on Eternity, that is focus on Heaven. By seeing things in a different light, you will reduce your stress level. God bless you and your family and have a wonderful day.
Keep stress levels low. Do not take on too many tasks. Pray that you may solve problems without a lot of trouble. Keep your eyes on heaven and do not loose any sleep. Do tasks that will not cause you to worry a lot. Give all glory to God when you solve difficult problems and do not loose hope. In addition think outside the box to discover something new without stressing yourself. Remember God created the universe and all its glory.
